My mission is to see people soar as they learn to relate to one another in healthy, holistic ways in every area of their lives.

"The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships," says Esther Perel.

I would add that the quality of your organization is determined by the quality of its relationships. I want to help you see and experience the value of changing the relational culture of your organization.

I have been helping people develop their interpersonal skills since 2009.

I offer highly interactive workshops where we learn from each other, and not just me. After all, "none of us is as smart as all of us," when it comes to relationships.

For the past 30 years I have been a Pastor to 3 different congregations. I have lived in small towns and cities, in Canada and the UK. Having lived in different cultures, I see the value and the beauty of what we all have to offer to one another that makes our lives richer and more meaningful. Since 2009, I have also been involved in training hundreds of people through interactive workshops in relational skills.

My experience has allowed me to work with people from a variety of backgrounds. I have worked with executives, builders, labourers, professionals and students. I have worked with people from different languages and cultures. I have been involved in charities that serve the marginalized of society and I've also served those with affluent backgrounds. I've even been able to bring people together from all these backgrounds, to work alongside each other in teams. They have taught me so many things about the value of relationships and I'd love to pass that along to you.

I also enjoy coaching people in developing their people skills in group settings and 1 on 1.

I have been a member of the International Coaching Federation, (ICF) since 2023 and have helped many clients work through some of their goals for work or at home as it relates to their relationships.

What I do to unwind and relax...

Paul Kiss Consulting - hobby skills

For many years I have been an amateur wood worker. I love to make shavings and sawdust in my shop, as a way of relaxing and creating new things.

One thing unique about me, perhaps, is that I buy antique hand tools and then restore them for my personal use. Working with hand tools has taught me a lot about slowing down, paying attention to details and working with the grain instead of powering my way against it.

This photo shows a new form of work I've been doing called "Kumiko." It's very intricate and meticulous and I love it. All done with my hand tools.
