Book A Call

When you're ready to discuss a possible workshop training, reach out to us and we'll set up an initial consultation.

Leadership Needs Assessment

We meet with you to walk through a 7-part process: the Why, What, When, and Where of your training. This gives us strategic clarity before anything is booked.

Schedule the Workshop

Once you decide to move forward, we confirm the details and schedule your training date.

Team Needs Assessment

3–4 weeks before the training, we send a custom Needs Assessment to your team. This lets us zero in on the Who and How—the specific people attending and their learning needs.

Set a Baseline for Growth

As part of the assessment, participants complete a Results & Integration Tracker (RIT) to measure their awareness, confidence, and skills before the workshop.

Deliver the Workshop

Your team experiences a live, interactive training designed to shift habits, build trust, and improve how they work together.

Measure the Impact

Right after the session, we repeat the RIT to measure short-term gains. Six weeks later, we follow up again to track long-term change and real-world results.

  • Listening Skills - We all think we're good listeners, but the reality is that many of us listen to respond instead of listening to understand. This workshop is designed to increase awareness of our behaviours that damage our relationships and learn new ways of improving our listening so that people feel heard and valued. Great communication is far more about how well you listen than how much you speak.

  • Building Personal Trust - Trust is the foundation of every relationship, professional or personal. In this transformational workshop, participants will explore the essential elements of trust, and look at what we call personal trust “busters” and “builders." At times, we also explore the idea of organizational trust, by discussing things like policies and SOP's that either build trust to erode it.

  • Having Hard Conversations - Hard conversations don’t have to harm relationships. They can actually strengthen them. This workshop equips participants with the mindset and tools needed to navigate tough conversations with clarity, care, and confidence. You’ll learn how to approach issues directly without sacrificing connection, how to stay grounded under pressure, and how to turn conflict into meaningful dialogue. Ideal for teams and leaders who want to create cultures of honesty and trust. Once again, we explore Core Beliefs about conflict and how these drive our behaviour.

  • Managing Conflict - Conflict isn’t a sign of failure, but it can be a sign that you care. In this session, we redefine conflict as an opportunity for connection and growth. Participants will examine their core beliefs about conflict, learn key differences between confrontation and conflict, and walk away with a practical framework for navigating disagreements in a way that builds trust and strengthens relationships. We also explore skills like defusing a person when they are angry. This is essential training for managers who want to lead or work in a thriving team culture.

  • Navigating Stress - Stress is normal part of living, but burnout isn’t. In this interactive workshop, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of their personal stress patterns and learn research-backed strategies for managing emotional, mental, and physical strain. With a focus on core beliefs, energy management, and supportive relationships, this session helps individuals develop a sustainable approach to stress that supports both productivity and well-being.

  • The Power of Encouragement - This uplifting workshop teaches the art and science of encouragement as a tool for leadership, teamwork, and personal influence. Participants will explore how simple, intentional words can shift morale, boost performance, and deepen connection. You’ll leave with practical ways to embed encouragement into your communication and culture, making your workplace a more empowering place for everyone.

  • Coaching Your Team - This is all about helping others solve their own problems. When you're in leadership, and someone comes to you seeking advice, your first inclination is to give it. We want to help you understand the value of helping that person solve their own problem. The benefits are enormous both to you and the other person and ultimately the culture of your team.

  • Facilitating For Life Change - This workshop is designed specifically to train the trainers. We help you learn about interactive adult learning so that you can design your own trainings for your team.

  • Custom Design and Sequence - Do you have content you want to deliver but don't know how best to do that? We can work with you to design and sequence a training that will engage your team and ensure the learning is integrated into their
